One of my favorite models and year. Great look, great size and unique to boot. One of the nicest Canadian cars ever in my opinion...

Yeah, thanks for rubbing it in!!!!I just sent him a note that I can not buy it, much as a I want to.

I know what would happen if I do. I'd own it a week, my 66 Grande Parisienne would along that is exactly what I have been looking for and I'd be sunk. I can only swing one more car right now...

For anybody looking, from the conversations I've had with the seller, and the pictures I've seen, this car is very fairly priced.

Sorry about that Carl.
Isn't this the same model that was used in the brochure with the Canadian flag as a backdrop?...

To give an idea, this car just sold today in Arizona on another forum. 6 cylinder, 3 speed on the tree, needing total restoration, asking price was $6500, then reduced to $5500

That's the shot!  I've often thought this would be a great poster for the garage.  (What clean lines!!!)

Yes, nice car. I'd say with what this seller says is his bottom line on the black car, I'd say it's a great deal too.

I am one of those people who wasted Jeremy's time and I don't feel great about it. I really would like this car and I thought my son would too but I have not been able to convince him. As far as I'm concerned, from what I see, it's one of the best Acadian deals to come along in a very long time.

Haven't spoken to the owner but I can't help be skeptacle about this one. I'm interested because the final plans for my 67 is a black on black SD clone. I can't get the body and paint done for less that 8K alone. Original SD cars in recent years typically bring 20-22K, I can understand asking 14K but then to drop it to 10K? I also noticed this car was aquired a year ago so it seems like a quick turn over. I can't be the only one asking "If it seems to good to be true...." bla bla bla.

If the owner gets what he's asking and he's happy that's fine. If it's as good a deal as it appears well then someone stands to put thousands in savings their pocket and walk away.

I'd buy it based on the pictures posted for 10K but I can't help but get a funny feeling at that price......... I'm too cautious so I'm sure the car is as described but too risky for an out of towner like myself. If someone has a look at it let me know cause the interest is still there, just can't see it for myself.

I dont think he meant it personally, just a healthy dose of skepticism which is needed in this hobby. Too many people with cars not as nice as yours claimed they were. I would love to own it. I'll be jealous. Nobody rubs faces arounds here......unless they buy Fords!

Kevin's not the only one with a bit of caution in a big purchase
especially when It's far away and you can't look at it

Didn't mean to upset you, just an unbelievable price. Glad you recognize it's value but you obviously have bigger plans. Good luck.

car had driver rear corter done, only seen by inside of trunk and as you can tell by the outside body shots it was well done. passenger side is original. solid driver, and solid car, survivor and not a trailor queen.

This one was a no brainer had my son consented to the car as his inheritance/gift in 4 years (at age 21).
