66 Acadian Canso Sport Deluxe V8 car,my new (next) project

Hello Folks and friends ,i just thought i would start a new thread for my new project.  A factory original 283 66 Acadian Canso Sd ,this will be started possibly before Christmas ,got to make some room in the shop .My friend Dean is going to pick it up this Saturday with his trailer as im still hurting ,ill get by with a little help from my friends ,ill post pics soon Jimmy.

i have ridden in this car it was kinda wierd with the 3-tree but it was cool! that was in 1990-1 have fun

this is a #s matching car  i ve had this car from 1989 sold in 1994 and got it back in 2009  . body shell  is in DP 40 primer  now .the engine was rebuild a number of yrs back not by me . 

283 / 3 speed on the tree ; one of two that i know of.

rust free fenders hood trunk

doors need some work ,pin holes at bottom

sub frame powder coated new everything

disc brakes drop spindles

CPP lower control arm kit

all glass & seats good cores

 door panels  good cores

new floors not welded in

new quarter RH

all trim but under door rocker trim

dual exhaust

spinner wheel covers

missing truck SD emblem , glove box SD eblem , 1 V8 emblem

extras yes two doors, hood, trunks 2, sub frame rad support

Its going to be an Auto console floor shift car,Black or Red Exterior with black interior ,will see ,this one will be built much quicker.,ive learned alot from the first one.Carl is God telling you something hes not telling me,whats this talk about a woman ,hmmmm news to me .

well everything is packed and rounded up i had three rooms with stuff in them , ill surely miss the car . i to have a few on the go . some for sell my wife says shes keeping hers cause there finished and ill keep the truck.
i had the 66 sd from like 1988 -9 tim buck i had a rides in that car when we should not have to many buds
and my oldest girl came home when she was born , she is now 19 ,
it will b missed.
i know the car will b in good hands ty jimmy

Jimmy, you're making me jealous. I want a 66-67 SD pretty bad. I collected almost all the pieces needed to turn my 67 Nova SS into a 67 SD. A number of members here talked some sense in to me and I abandoned that idea, but the desire to have one still is strong. I can't wait to see you finish the current one and do the next one.

And take it easy so you heal up properly. The cars will still be there when you are better.

Jimmy I see there is a 65 for sale here in Kelowna in about the same stage for around the same money. Get that and then you would have a 65, 66, and a 67.
