It is a Luxury LeMans. Given that 3 speed was standard and most Luxos are auto I'd like to meet the person who ordered this car and ask them Why? It seems neat now but has to be few and far between.  Nice looking car.

Back in 1991 I checked out a 71 Buick GS convertible - factory 4 speed car with a bench seat. Seller was the original owner and he was a minister! He said he always drove a standard trans car and was "embarrassed" that it had a hurst shifter. Perhaps the original owner of this LeMans was the same type of guy- always drove a standard and didn't want 3 on the tree.

          It would be like a Caprice with a 4 speed or a Parisienne with a 4 speed?   

This car would be similar to Steves red 400 4 speed car

 That's too funny Todd, how many times have we heard these Minister stories and their manual shift neat cars ?

I wish I could have bought it. He was a minister in Goderich. He let me take it for a drive and warned me not to abuse it as "everyone knows the car". He was there when it was driven off the truck at the dealership. It had those ugly full wheelcovers. I have a photo somewhere.

Funny, the guy who bought my 69 GTO 400 block in Michigan is also a minister in his 60s, he bought a brand new 69 GTO Judge back in 1969, trade it in for a 74 TA and always wanted the GTO back, finally found one and bought it with a 455 not matching to his recent 69 Judge, this is why he bought my block ...

Speaking of Ministers, the Uxbridge Ont. cruise in, is run by a Minister,he has a 68 Camaro S/S 396 4spd. must be something to do with the "cloth" ????????

 I agree.  No pricing indicates to me that they are not really serious about selling and are more likely just feeling out the market.  Any time I've ever called on an ad with no price, the owner wanted way too much for the car.
