Guys..I know everyone likes Disc brakes..ya .. we've been spoiled for years with disc brakes but I'm just not going to hack-n-slash the front end of my Poncho to add a disc brake kit...SO
Who has had experience with drum brake pads?? and which brand does anyone like over another?
I know there is carbon-metallic, or plain, or carbon-ceramic or just metallic
I'd just get a "premium" brand set of shoes[ not pads by the way] from NAPA or Car Quest stay away from the metallic or ceramic as IMO there too hard on the drums unless you get compatible drums. You also have to adj. your driving habits with "drums" & leave some "EXTRA" room for stopping. I have drums on the 64 Catilina but discs on the 52
