I think someone on here owns this. The market is not kind to these, we have seen perfectly running turn key version go in the vicinity of $10,000. Older car guys seem to be the market for these. Delorean made these as the Gentlemen's GTO but they never really caught on.

Your right about it being a Gentleman's GTO but with restoration costs , even with doing it yourself I cannot see it going for more than $4000.00 but then if a collector wanted this car he would pay what the asking price is..heh

You and I are of the same mind on this one. I've seen them go for as little as $2,500 in similar condition.

This is a real rare Grandprix, I would love to own one of these too ... One of these car all restored would probably bring between 20-30 G depending on the buyer. I think the best place to advertise his car would be on PY. The other owner is from Winnipeg and his car is driveable, not the HO 428 version.

showing 9 bids so far $ 2895.00 reserve not met. IMO 3000 to 3500 is tops, this needs a "TON" of $$$ thrown at it!!!!

I talked to a guy who emailed the owner and asked what he wanted for it and the guy said he wanted at least $12,000.00 for it. So I am guessing that would be the reserve... That is a bit too rich for a restoration.. The GTO's, Beaumonts, Firebirds are a more desirable bracket and to pay that amount of coin for a car that you have to do a complete resto on it yourself does not even pay for it...

It is amazing what some people think their cars are worth. We have a guy in our nieghbourhood who has a '74 Charger 400 CID sitting on axle stands for the past 20 years. I told him once I'd give him $3,000, and he never spoke to me since. "Charger Guy" thinks it worth over $20,000.

There is a 73 Dodge charger over here on the reserve in Kamloops on blocks since 1985 .. I am scared to ask what the guy wants for it.. And its in the front yard lol

At Least "Charger Guy" has his in the driveway of his $500,000 bungalow.

Saw one of these G/P's in Lakefield Auto Wreckers today. Went back up for some more "stuff' for the 52. Also came across a 65 or 66 "fastback" Charger buried in the trees!!!!!
