Hey Jon I work in the steel industry and am a steel purchaser , the closest that is made would be 5-5/8" OD which is a 5" pipe size. You will need to fab it to get that dimension.

You might have to bend & weld some flat sheet Jonathan.

Hey Jonathan, How about a stock style 1" riser that G.M. used on some quadrajet equipped vans in the seventies and early eighties? they are O.E.M . and you should be able to weld to it . Good luck on your fabrication, you sure are tackling some neat projects! Cheers ,Andy.

Its a factory spacer used on some vans to raise the air cleaner up , you can find them in most wrecking yards, they are made of steel so you could weld a plate with a 5.25" hole in it to serve as your base. They would be worth looking into ,( no, not the hole, the spacer) lol. maybe somebody could come up with a parts book picture.

Some of the "mid" 70's GM P'ups had that spacer as well. some were 2 to 3" tall to raise up the air cleaner.

Was going to suggest early TBI truck spacer would work too. Later were plastic. But I see Jonathan figured it out.
