1971 Mavereick Grabber street /strip racecar


hello friend if you know anyone that who wants my very well running toy for many years ,it my show winning car ,tracking winng street/strip reacecar i call Blu Thunder ,The car has been in Canadian hotrod magizine and on the speed channels PINKS all out in Kent Washington 2009 ,The car was an original 302 for engine i professionly had stroked to a 347, dynoed 550 hp on one hundred octain ,it has run 11:32 in the 1/4 mile on gas ,This engine is new and has 125 mile of break in time ,has also a 200 shot of NOS plumbed in but has never been used.It has a Jimmy Pickett rollerized reverse munaul valvebody c4 tranny wth a 4 000 high stall torque converter.I has Currie ent 34 spline rear axles and a ford 9 inch with detroit lockes 4;11 gears and Cal- Traks and another third member deroit locker wit 456 gears,I has a full 8 point cage good for 9:50 1/4 mile times .It has front disk brakes up front and large drums in back,this car has an hi volum aluminum 4 core rad a super  high volume aluminum water pump ,duel fuel systems from rear tank to engine bay one for regular fuel to carb a second for NOS injections,it has all the gadges needed ie oil pressure ,water ,voiltage,cooling , il take 15000.00 firm  ,like cash and a good fat boy,dyna -glide or road king  or cash and trades Jimmy Beaulieu

Did I ever tell you, my hometown in Sackville N.B., was Ford Country?  

I thought the sun rose and set in Fords   

until the undertakers son  bought a white 66 Strato Chief      lol

A good friend of mine bought one years ago from a priest it was white with orange interior.With the 302 the car went good. He paid $700 for it.If you could turn back time.

They make cool looking race cars. I had the Mercury version of that car with the 302, gold paint with blacked out hood. Hard to find that body style now.

I also own a unrestored green 71 comet GT  302 car with black interior,may finish it one day or just sell it ,im getting tired of all my car JUNK.LOL The cowl induction hood i custom built it out of steel ,had breet Wagner from Pass time and Chip Foose signe it  then i had it made of fiber glass ,original hood weight 80 lbs ,glass one 22 lbs ,the one you see on the car is glass.
