This is my 1965 Acadian Custom Beaumont. This Rare muscle car comes from north of the boarder. In 1965 around 203 of these muscle cars rolled out of the Ontario Canada plant. Their are very few left. It is a very rare piece of muscle car history. This car was built and assembled in the Ontario plant. It came stocked with a 6 cylinder, but had an upgrade to a 283 small block 8. I am the 4th owner of this beautiful ride. It was built on the Chevelle frame and has a 2-speed power glide transmission, also courtesy of Chevrolet. It differs from the Chevelle in that it has a Pontiac style grill and the interior dash was courtesy of the Pontiac Tempest. When you take it to car shows it will defiantly have people scratching their heads. It's fun to watch, and also talk about. People wonder Chevrolet?... no Pontiac.... and I would say neither it's a Acadian Beaumont and then proceed to give them a quick history lesson. I was actually going to put a book together so they could read it.

This is really a unique ride. They dropped the word Acadian in 1966 I believe, and Beaumont became a new line of production cars. Just like Chevy dropped Malibu from Chevelle. I still have the original owner's manual along with the 1965 parts manual. It has the original boot that covers the top while your enjoying the ride on a warm summer day!! It does drive out  strong, and you won't be disappointed.

It has always been garaged kept as far as I know, and that's where it is now. We really don't want to sell, but do to economic times my family and I have decided to move. We've sold just about everything trying to avoid doing this, but most of you know how life goes. We are leaving in 45 days, so we need to get this going. Please take your time and look at the pictures, and I would be more than happy to answer any questions you might have. Thank you for taking the time to view this nostalgic muscle car, and the best of luck to all.
