Looking for pic of 69 396 emblem

Wondering if any one has a good pic of a 69 Pontiac 396 emblem that they could post. Want to keep it on file for future reference.

I think the Canadian Pontiac and Acadian V8 emblems are some of the nicest created by GM

I have the 350 version of that emblem & would like to make the 396 version .
Does anyone know how or where to get a "396" & cut & weld or glue a 396 on instead.
I left mine off since I am doing an SD396 tribute convertible.

Full size 69 Pontiacs also had that emblem but hard to find and expensive. The SD cars never had that emblem in 69. They had a stripe package and a sd396 decal. Also there were no 1969 SD396 convertibles made so it would be a what if GM made this kind of car. Still a 396 convertible will be cool any way. Maybe a decal replica of the complete emblem could be made. Might be worth the thought.

For sure that is what they would have used . I am doing just what you are doing but in a custom hardtop. Thought about the SD trim but also might do the what if 396 custom thing. I got the 350 emblems also but not having any luck finding the 396 ones. Might look into a decal version of the emblem if I can not find one.
