1993 LO5 intake swap?

soo i got in contact with my auto teacher this summer and got the intake for the LT1 in my garage soo i thought it turned out it's a 5.7l LO5 engine IN amazing shape just need to hone it and slap the bottem end back together and i was wondering if i could use a older intake on the LO5 to make it a  carb engine? i was looking at the specs of this engine and it seems like a decent little engine! could use some advice here!

thanks in advance sorry for all the questions!

I did it but you will have to ream out the 4 center holes in the intake to match the cylinder heads as the middle intake mounting holes in the heads on that L05 are more in a straight down angle rather than the angled mounting in the carbed engine.....

OR, replace the EFI heads for carbed heads, OR, get the proper intake from an aftermarket source.....
