Help with a powerglide

hello guys,

I'm having some problems with the transmission in my 59. When the car is cold, the transmission works perfectly, just like  a  new car, but after 15 - 30 minutes running, it starts to function weirdly.

When the car is stopped and  start moving again, the transmission works roughly and if you stop and let in PARK, holding the brakes, it spits a lot of oil...

I've checked the oil level, and the problem occurs either with minimum or max. oil level...

I don't know much about these transmission, so I would appreciate any help. And sorry for my english, it's a little rusty too. biggrin

front seal or rear, also is the filler tube in correctly.
also do you have correct vacuum to the modulator.

bad modulator also causes hard down-shifting (usually means not getting vacuum )
