Moved from the seat track for sale thread.
Carl, here is the mechanism, missing one track with the mount. Maybe a non pwr track will work?
Here's what I had to do to the switch. The knob was missing so I used a wiper knob that matches the dash ones.

Maybe you didn't get this pm I sent, ...
The unit works, but when I first got it, the motor worked and it moved, (either back front or up down - don't remember) but the other functions just made noise. Upon dismantling it, I found one of the worm gear units was turning out of the end of its housing, not stripped but under load the gear just spins out. I was able to fabricate something to make it work and all functions now work.... however, when I went to mount it , I discovered part of the slide track was missing and no idea what it is or looks like, so you can't mount a seat to it. It's been a couple years so I will dig it out on the weekend and snap some shots so you can see what I mean.
For the most part I'm still pretty sharp for 112 but this one slipped by me...
I just checked my box of seat track stuff. Sorry, no parts in there at all that would help you. I used to have a track similar to that one for parts but I must have sold it.
