This console is in fairly good condition.  The top is really nice with only small amounts of pitting. The chrome on the sides of the console is very shinny.  The sides of the front and back have a fair bit of really small pits, the good thing is that only a very few have broken through.  There are also several light scratches on both sides of the console.  In addition to this there is one small spot, where there is a small missing piece on the drivers side of the front console where the console meets the carpet, it does not look like corrosion but it could be.
