Rare 1955 GMC short bus. Dubbed "Cool Bus". High performance 500hp/502ci Big Blk Chev crate motor. Polished aluminum rad. Dual fan cooling. Power turbo 400 trans. Gear vendor over-drive. 410 rear and down to. Aluminum drive shaft. Dual rear wheels. 16in polished Alcoa rims with Cooper tires. Front end clip with a 1979 chev cube van. Power/tilt steering. Power brakes. 3in dropped spindle's. No limit instrument panel. Front air bag suspension. Front visor. Tinted glass. The air brush art work inside and out was done by mikestatooandairbrushing.com. The interior of the bus has been designed so that the rear seats convert into a bed that can sleep two. Propane Stove/oven. 2-way fridge. Propane heater. The cabinets are hand crafted from mahogany. They are inlaid with birds eye maple in the shape of flames. The sink is hand painted enamel. The counter top is marble. The bus has a auxiliary-battery. 200, 000k invested, have receipts . Truly One of a kind.

Have seen this bus numerous times, very nice. Owner that had the cool work done passed a a couple of years ago and no belongs to son. 

It had a carb fire approx 3 years ago so most of the firewall and nose have been repainted. But it looks nice again.
