Wow,  that is awesome,  and worth every penny,  just think,  a relatively simple vehicle,  that will last you for 400,000 + kms.  parts will always be plentiful,  and it looks a thousand time classy-er than anything made after it.

If someone is in the market for a brand new truck,  buy this in a second

My dad did a similar thing in 1999,  he bought a near perfect 91 silverado,  payed a premium,  worth every penny,  i dont think he really sunk a dime into it for 10 years,  now i have it,  still near mint, 240,000 on it in 2013.  Like i said,  worth evey penny!

P.S.  the only potential problem with this truck is that the paint may start to fall off in large sheets,  ya,  you know what i am talking about

I always liked that color combination. I wonder what that would have sold for in 92?

I agree the price is fair. I think I'd drive it too. I'd be concerned about seals failing though.

I don't think it's running, the RPM is less than 400 on the tach. I think maybe the key is on but that's it.

It could be running.  Mine is a 94, same engine, and idles stupid low like that.  400 or so and 300 in gear

Really? Wow, if so, that would sure explain the oil pressure. I'd expect it to be even lower than that at that rpm.
