Agree, engine was in a Ford hot rod. Guy decided to build a ford engine so I scooped this original 65 L79 engine up. I will fire it up on the autolites then switch over to the Delcos after.
well its been over 3 years since the last time i touch this car but I dropped it off at a retired friends place and he will start putting it back together or should I say pulling it apart. No way the paint on the engine is up to his quility of work so out it comes. He wants his engine guy to run it on the dyno first to make sure all is good then off to his body guy to detail it. Between 2 garages, an attic and a basement all the parts are there just have to find them. He wont start till late November so that will give me some time. I was just glad he took in now before the weather changes and they salt the roads
Got a few pieces bolted on waiting for engine to come back from paint shop. Guys were real happy how it ran on the Dyno. once the engine is on its mounts we will put the front clip back on.
