It's a big ask, despite the four speed. I don't think anyone has ever definitively figured out the four speed production on the 73-77 Pontiac A-body, including Jim Mattison of PHS, but they are relatively rare. For this car, a fair price would depend on how much rot it has and what's been done to it - the ad leaves a lot of unanswered questions.

I've never seen the 1974 Grand Am 4-speed production figures, but for 1973 they made 197, 6 of which were 4-doors.

That 74 would be a tough car to restore unless you found a solid donor, hopefully a mainstream Lemans for the shared body stuff. Supposedly they are relatively easy cars to break down.

I've owned six '73-'75 Grand Am's over the year's and this is a part's car. Part's are really hard to come by, especially nos. The cost to restore this one will far exceed the value in the end. It takes a unique person to want or own one of these car's and finding a buyer can take some time. If your going to buy one of these you want one with as little rust as possible, a nice nose and as many option's as possible. These are really nice road car's!!
