That the way to sell the vin tags and ownership    very legal     You pull up remove tags  pay cash and go home

This car has been for sale for looong time, I remember seeing it on Kijiji like 5-6 years ago.not sure if this one can be saved.

Have seen the car on kijiji before. I have a lot of respect for those that have the skills to get this one back on the road...skills I wished I had! For the right person it is treasure.
