Appears to be the car that was in the car corral at Hershey last fall. It was there Thursday morning but gone by afternoon and not back on Friday morning ( weather was terrible ). Unfortunately I didn't have the camera with me.
I do remember looking at it and thinking that his paperwork had a few missings or "less than verifiable numbers " quoted.
