No ideadisbelief    I test drove the car in Seaforth 9 miles away with top down

I drove it home and put up roof and it was  3 days old!!  receipt was in glove box

It was a nice 2950.00 car  no idea it was rare

        never did know until 2009

traded it the next year on a real 69 Z28

Carl, has your 67 SD ever resurfaced since it was sold a few years back?...

You mentioned about driving out to Seaforth to see the car. My brother worked for Auto Trader back in those days and he covered a large area. Im sure that a Sport Deluxe I saw at Seaforth Motors (or something like that) was the same car you owned. This would have been probably 1983. They also had a 69 Shelby Mustang and a 63½ Galaxie Fastback. Nearby I also remember seeing a nice solid 1967 Buick Sportwagon for sale. With the raised roof and 120" wheelbase, it was black with woodgrain and was a California car. Chrome Buick wheels, premium fuel 340 V8 & TH400.

Cousin 427 Carl, we'll have to share car notes when you come to Kens Drive Inn this summer.

So far we both have had:
Sackville heritage
427 Strato Chiefs
1967 SD Beaumonts
1969 Z28s

And probably more...

Thanks
Randy

You probably  never had a VW or Morris Minor  lol
