It appears to be a base Firebird with the OHC-6 in 1-barrel form, plus it has an oddball 3-in-the-tree. It would be an economical and fun cruiser with decent performance. Now it had better be rock solid at that price. Wide Oval redline tires were standard on Firebirds in 67.
