This one is a Chev Caprice

NOT MINE!!!

There is an old 85 Chev in our underground parking garage that has been there for years.  Occasionally driven by a  senior.  It has 79000 Miles(km) not sure.  Bought new in 1984, a one owner.  It has to go.

If interested call my cell.

The owners son will be looking after the details.

That rust just shows how damp those concrete underground parking structures can get......

I suggested 2500 to 4000. to our building super, but have not talked to the owner. Super was trying to help out the widow in selling the car. Probably need a new battery and some detailing.

I think you should divide those figures by 2.

Ya, I'd offer $750 from what I can see. Who knows what it needs for e-test and certification.

For what its worth Cliff & I know your trying to help out the building super & elderly lady.
But, just don't think this one will bring much coin, in a rush / forced sale (must go).

- without many months to peddle on Kijiji

I sold a similar car, a decade ago - pd. $300 & traded even for a $600 GMC truck...just to get rid of it.
Exterior, interior was mint & drive train ran excellent - retired chief Engineers one owner car.
^^^^ Looks can be deceiving though - rear frame rails & inside rocker panels rusted out.

- luckily guy wanted a family car to fix up, his pickup wouldn't hold everyone

Car as pictured, has ugly surface rust on rear 1/4...just from sitting on concrete and sweating, while parked.
- brake lines / fuel lines / frame & rockers would likely be weak, if car was not oil undercoated yearly
If it passes a safety check, $1500 tops...not worth the effort, if much garage work is needed.
If sold as is - try to get few hundred more than salvage price or scrap it (~$400) after pulling the V8/trans (sell later).
