I have began taking my seats apart to get them ready to re-upholster and a lot of the wires that ran through the fabric that the hog rings connect to are nearly deteriorated, the burlap protection pieces are looking ragged and the extra padding is missing in places. I have all new seat covers and new foam, my question is can I get new wires fluffy padding and burlap or do I need to carefully remove and save the damaged bits to reuse. I would like to take them all apart and have the skeleton cleaned, any info or helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.
