My immediate reaction was to think that was Aubrey Bruneau's car.  That seems to be confirmed by the blue & white Alberta 1964 license plates, and the bruneauperformance.ca listed on the photo's.   I think it'd be a great car with a strong engine, but if I recall Aubrey had some paint issues after taking it out during the winter for a photo session.

Just found this thread......

The quebec kijij 64 was for sale on Bruneaus webite....right around the turn of the century.....Was looking at it pretty seriously back then.....

As I understand it...this was NOT an original factory built 409/stick black C/S rag....he built the car the way he would have ordered it new.....

When I found that out,.........along with the dismal posted 1/4 mile times.....I went cold on it

Shortly thereafter,it was sold to the guy in quebec.

Not being negative.....it IS or WAS a very cool car,......nonetheless....

Sure has all the right stuff....

Wonder if it sold?

 Aubrey is in Hannah Alberta for at least the last 10 years,  bought an old car dealership building, turned it into his shop.. he's still there, a buddy bought the Lenco out of his race car last spring.
