Engine runs smoothly and is usual Osh. 350/2bl. PS/PB. New wheel cylinders/brakes, rad, heater core and exhaust. All lights/functions working at last check including side markers. Back seat good, headliner and dash good, interior fair/good. All glass good. The car can be driven away by purchaser.

The cool factor about this car is that it lived most, or all of it's life, just a few miles from where it was assembled.

Barring any serious frame or body rust, this is really a smoking deal. Perfect for hobby entry.

I mean, how many of these are still around and truly roadworthy, at best what, 20, maybe 30?

Somebody please have a look.

It feels great to find a old sled to work on

Go online and get a CIBC line of credit

and buy a toy out West and get it shipped

Today is the last day of our lives (if tomorrow doesn't come)

Todd, I'll bet our members could find a way to send the BC beauty from coast to coast.

Or even that one near Oshawa, with a fresh coat of paint could put that smile on your face.

Like that smile you had last year when you were behind the wheel of mine !

These cars would be a incredible way to show people this island.

Thanks but there are too many other priorities right now. Not having our house sold in Ontario has really put us behind the 8 ball. Givin' the fact that my job pays about 45% less than it did in Ontario (I knew it would be lower, but not THAT low!) and Connie isn't working has really made things tight. Don't get me wrong, I love it here and love our property. We just have a lot of challenges right now. We're quckly learning to do without. No cable or sat TV. No meals out (we had lunch out last week and we were short at the end of the month) and we pray the car doesn't brake down. There seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel. We're hoping to have the house sold by the end of the month (I could write a book on how all that has played out-needless to say it has been EXTREMELY stressful for both of us). Add the fact that I'm supposed to be contributing to my sons University this year and you can imagine the state we are in!

Understood.

Please just remember how much we appreciate this site !

I think a good Johnne/Carl dust up is what's needed here.

We all appreciate you getting them together.

But why are they being so nice to each other lately confuse

Because I was away at the lake for the week and we have no internet there.

But I'm back now....
