Finally received some photos from the restoration shop. They have obtained a frame from a 1964 which they told me has the same configuration as the original frame was soft and badly rusted in places. This one was in very good condition, they sandblasted it and painted it. Now that they have started on the project, hopefully they will send me photos at regular intervals, so I can post them here to keep you guys appraised.

They told me they were. The interior has been all removed and so did the brightwork. Many pieces will be rechromed, those that are too badly corroded will be replaced by better ones and rechromed if needed. I will be traveling to Quebec in a couple of weeks and will attempt to go and see it as well, will take photos for sure.
