Sweet and beautiful rare Canadian car but this owner is off the mark with one remark. Canadian built 261 inline sixes for Canadian Pontiac's (1955-1962) never had solid lifters and camshafts. Only the American built Chevrolet truck 261's had solids. All Canadian 261's had hydro cams and lifters.............ALL. I just wanted to clarify this in case someone puts the wrong cam in the wrong engine. Cheers. George.
