Last of tedious work today and looking for pieces and screws. I do ave to admit I am feeling pretty good about what we have accomplished so far. I am pleased with my firs Upholstrey attempt on the wheel tub cover. More wrinkle will hopefully stretch out as the adjoining pieces get installed. Can anyone tell me why this car is the only 64 Pontiac wagon so far that I have seen chrome interior pillar trim. Also Pete if you are reading this I would love to see some photos of your cargo fl
So I decided to give it a go and try my hand at upholstery work tonight. First piece is done, its not perfect but I think once some sun gets to it it will help. We wrapped it in a heating pad to soften the vinyl and used a steamer to loosen it up to stretch things out. Lot more work than I thought.

I fixed it for you ... the fumes are effecting your motor skills!
Good job on the upholstery.

one happy wagon owner pulling her ride out into the sunlight today to get her new seats put in. We are so happy with the results and the fact that we again have a spare bedroom as its not an upholstery shop any more

Thanks everyone. It has been a lot of work and still lots of little things to go. Every time we do a few we find a few more. We still feel confident we can have it out for our June deadline
