Beautiful restoration, but single exhaust and the inspection plate on the bell housing missing? I know its a drag car and weight is a huge factor, so I guess a single exhaust is in.

I seem to recall they had single exhaust from the factory knowing full well it would be yanked off to race.

Re the exhaust, did you guys notice it can be uncapped on each side just after the long header-style exhaust manifolds?

Agree, if I had mega bucks, this one would be in my stable. Problem is that even if I sold everything that I own, I would still be short currently.

Exhaust: they had to come with exhaust to be in the stock class but as pointed out, there were cut outs so for weight, single was all that was needed.

Inspection Plate: Same thing, not needed for on the track only use.
