I know nothing about powdercoating can grill from 67 Beaumont be powdercoated with leaving chrome edging as is thx all I know is takes a lot of heat to powdercoat I like the look of jetrider's grill he said his was painted when he got it
I powdercoat on the side so here are my 0.02 If you plan on driving your car, I would just get the parts back, epoxy prime and paint everything. If the powdercoat chips up at all, it is impossible to repair it. It is thicker then paint and you can not color match or blend it in. Has to be restripped and recoated. At least painting can be blended back in and look good as new.
Since you are dipping all your parts and having them cleaned to bare metal, the por 15 will not work really good.....I was a fan of it a long time ago but the last two times its been absolute crap! I want to check out rust bullet next time and see if that one is better.
Good luck on whatever you do.
Mike
