replacing lower control arm bushings info needed!

Hi everyone im in the middle  of replacing all my bushing with poly from energy suspension

And I've come across  a little  problem in the kit it didn't  seem to come with the outer race for the lower control arm!!

Is that race replaceable or do i just put the new bushings in the old race?

If I understand your question right, no, the bushing should have a steel sleeve in the middle that the bolt goes through, then a big rubber circle, then an outer steel sleeve that presses in to the arm.

Can you post a picture of your new bushings?

I hope someone else has experience using those, I've never seen that before.

Reuse the original outer steel sleeves,  unless for some reason they are no good(very very rare for that to happen).  do whatever you have to to get the old rubber out of the original steel sleeve,  burning with a torch and an air chisel works best,  then the new poly stuff will slide right in,  make sure you use lots of grease supplied with the new poly or else they will squeak
