What is this Snow Snake thing you speak of?? LMAO. -15 here today with windchill down to -20, almost never heard of this before.
Back to normal operating temps within a few days hopefully.
rare for us but high winds keep knocking out the power. Lake effect snow is filling up the Bills stadium. they are offering $20 hr to showel the seats outfor the play off game tommorow
It was 9.3c here last night, 5 this morning. We had big wind , gusts to 90, 20-30 mm of rain after a very minor amount of ice pellets. Hot spot in Canada is sable island, ns at 7.6c.
My brother in law from PEI is in Buffalo for the nfl game today, it got postponed to tomorrow due to blizzard conditions, looking at weather in North America, we are very lucky, knock on wood.

Brother in law still in buffalo for the big game today, he said they had 70-80 cms and blizzard conditions, seems it was a regular old fashioned PEI blizzard.
We have another storm coming through tomorrow, we got 5-10 cms last night.

Continuing on this theme, the high Monday in Canada was in Pangnirtung , Nunavut.
On Tuesday, the low in Dallas was -12c, no place in Texas reached above 0c. Early this morning it was 8.3 here, now -1, heading for -7 tonight, the rain yesterday took what little snow we had. Bizarro continues on the weather.

Had our trip to the Big city for the wife's Doc app. Got snow this morning, Wed the 17th. Good thing we took the wife's Rav4
about 7 inches of snow in Langley/ Surrey border, roads were a mess, but not as bad as I thought we might see. Lots of
ditched cars and accidents, got down town Van for our Doc app and city was fairly decent on main roads. All good till
we headed home at 2, got over the Oak street bridge and it was like somebody turned off the plow's. What a MESS.
From there till the ferry terminal in Tsawwassen was an absolute discrace for MR. plow. This is a main road ( Freeway)
and was not good as far as I was concerned. Just my 2cents though. -1C now at home and calling for more snow tomorrow
and then rain. Gonna be a slushy mess by sat.
I hear it 80f in Washington DC yesterday, last week they had snow.

We are on Flood watch for the Vancouver Island region, went from -15C to 0 with 8 inches of snow with a couple of weeks, now we are +10 with rainfall warnings
with flood watch. Snow pack is gonna be gone. Warning is for another 3-4 days, some spots calling for 250-300 mm of rain. 8-11 inches.
Gonna be a mess if this is true. Kind of a wait and see. One good thing is it's easy on firewood.
