We are still at 2.45 for diesel, gas 1.50, 95 cent gap.
Diesel gap now the other way, 14 cents lower at $1.47 vs $1.62 for regular gasoline. So a diesel fillup for me is about $65 cheaper for the VW than back in December.

picked up the Impala from the detail shop where I had the ceramic coating done.
Looked real good.
Gas tank was less than 1/4 so I checked pricing on way home. Ranged from 141.9 to 147.9
I went to my favourite Shell at 142.9. With my credit card I get an additional 3 cents off.
The station has an elevated concrete pad so I can drop the front end of the car and elevate the filler for the gas tank purging all of the air out of the tank.
Got all set up to begin filling up with my lawn chair at the gas tank filler hole.
Zoom zoom thump thump and a noisy motorcycle pulls into the pump beside the Impala.
Rider gets off and immediately breaks into conversation about the impala. So ingrosed he pulls out his camera and does a walk around.
He mentions he has a Pontiac and I immediately direct him to the Canadian Poncho decal on the windshield and then he goes into the store. Fully outfitted in a Hells Angels garb.
Comes out cranks up his monster bike and disappears into the night.
I am still filling the Impala and the motorcycle reappears...... he forgot to fill up....

Was up there last week and filled up, was 151.9, still 158.9 here in Duncan but 157.9 in Vic which is
not normally the way it is, usually vic is 5 cents more. Maybe ours will come down.
We are about $1.54 regular gas $1.86 diesel, which is high for us, we usually compare much closer to say Ottawa prices when I visit there. Usually diesel is a few cents above or below regular, but since Covid times, winter diesel has had the spread spike big time. Our fuels were always way below Vancouver prices. My daughters live in Ottawa and Vancouver so I follow their prices

Heard Gas Prices are supposed to go up, WTF we are already the highest in Canada at 2.019 and if I look around on Gasbuddy I can see prices
in BC at 1.659 and that's up north. One would think that Delivery cost would be higher up there with refineries in Vancouver we should be cheaper.
Not good as car season is just starting out. 2.30 for hightest. Gonna have to buy a scooter, maybe a Vespa. LOL. Show Vespa.
