I highly recommend these guys in Rhode Island, even though they take forever and aren't cheap. They probably have a blueprint of your harness on file, but do mention it's Cdn. They'll probably send you a copy of what they have so you can confirm it'll work since you don't have your original to duplicate. If you have an original Maintenance Manual there are wiring schematics in the back. The harness is usually two parts- dash forward and gauges backward.
There are some dogdish hubcaps on Ebay right now but not sure if they are your year.
