My sale to JP has been as effortless as it gets. He paid me pretty much immediately, and since the sale involved me hiring someone to clear snow to access his purchase, he offered to pay for that as well. The guy I hired to clear snow went over budget so I told JP he only had to pay the original quote, not the new higher amount. He practically forced me to accept the full, higher amount. Typical CP member, paying more than necessary as always.
As you can guess, I give JP top marks for this transaction.
