10 bolt, right ?

If that was a 12 bolt TH400, I'd be all over it.

Yes and only one upper control arm bracket so not from an F40 car.

I don't see the setup for 4 link like his ad says.

Price is certainly good, even for a 10 bolt if somebody just wants a posi for a nice driver without a mega engine.
