Only have one port on my intake and was thinking of putting in a "T" to run my PCV and PB booster together. Since they both run off of intake vacuum will I have a problem doing this? Thx Jim
cutting a roof off a four door is NOT a convertible.....
65 Parisienne convertible.one of 49 built for RHD export market,402BBC, T400, 2500 stally, posi rear, upgraded brakes with front discs, FUEL FAST efi custom built by me.
So..to drill and tap I'd have to remove intake? Don't think I want tap fillings going inside the intake then getting sucked in. Need a fairly big port for a booster and don't think one off the carb would handle the volume. Don't really want to buy/make a spacer. Anyone run into this?
I had a 57 Chev with a 283 V-8 and it had original power brakes (Treadle Vac). I hooked up a inline PCV behind the original four barrel carb (WCFB). I put a T fitting with both the power brake booster and the inline PCV just below the rear of the carb at the base of the intake and it always worked great. No issues at all but keep in mind that i also had a stock 220 hp cam in that 283 and not some crazy high lift monster.

Isn't there anywhere on the carb to connect your PCV to? Not sure what carb you have, but sometimes there's a port at the baseplate that has a plug in it.

This is on the 6 cyl with a one barrel, so no large port. May just T it and put in a filter. Will have to see if the reclaim rate is fast enough with the filter inline.
