The seller is Norm at Mid Canada Suspension here in Winnipeg - as the ad states it comes from a 69 Parisienne he parted out a few years ago

 

He might have some other parts from the car - I know he has the grill and front header on his outside storage rack- that area of his shop is probably still packed with snow

Anyway Norm is a great guy to deal with - he probably would sell the emblem outside of ebay - his speciality is nos suspension and brake parts
