If its as good as it looks then it's a steal

Been upgraded from a 194 6cyl to a 327 with an American air cleaner. Couple of pieces of chrome(ss) missing but they are common with the Malibu so reproduced.

Had only been listed for less than 5 hours when I posted.
Now ad has disappeared.
At $12,000 it would have been a steal. Might it have been a scam or did someone find a real bargain?
Any of our Niagara Horseshoe guys know of this car. It is light blue with blue interior.
