Yes, I think they are Parisienne vs. Grande Parisienne with the spinner.

In the US I think they could order the spinner caps as an option on some of the B bodies but I don't know that we had that choice here. I think here the spinner caps were Grande Parisienne only.

The ones on the right are the same covers my dad got with his new 66 Parisienne so they looked pretty familiar

CSs got the spinners and silver/chrome, regular Parisiennes got no spinners and black/chrome
