Any body know where I can find new door panels for my 65 custom sport?

I have a set of black Grand Prix panels that I believe are the same. May also have a red set. Can supply pictures if you are interested.

Ames has new, for at least the Parisienne and GP/Bonny. But they are different than the Custom Sport aren't they? Are the two vertical trims are absent on the CS?

I believe the door panels for the 65 GP are the same as the 65 Parisienne CS, but think the Bonneville differ. Ames has some good stuff but as it were, I used PUI panels. They are great fit and finish but note that they did not come with the metal strip that has the spikes for seating to the plastic slots in the door. Don't know if the Ames panels have these either. Fortunately, I was able to salvage and reuse the original metal parts.

The spikes you are talking about are a nail strip that is installed on the door board before the vinyl is glued to the door board and wrapped around. I bought mine from Ecklers in Titusville Florida when I did my 61. You can buy as a kit or you can buy individual nails welded to tin as a repair/replace part.

Are the Bonneville and GP doors longer? The pattern on the panels looks the same.

The doors are the same but I thought the inner panels had a different pattern, maybe I'm thinking of the Catalina

I'm just looking at the Ames image. The patterns look the same, some different colours, is the vent window crank hole maybe in a different spot?

I noticed that as well, doubt that it is different and no idea why there is no hole(s) in the Parisienne panel.

I found a pair of black 65 CS door panels in my garage. They appear to be the same as the 65 GP door panels advertised by AMES. You will of course need the small rectangular Custom Sport die cast script for the door panels and the stainless strip that divides the carpet and vinyl portions. If you have those parts you should be good to go.
