63 FULL SIZE PONTIAC OR CHEVY SHIFT LINKAGE

SOME ONE OUT THERE HAVE A PICTURE OR TWO OF A 63 PONTIAC OR CHEVY FULL SIZE SHIFT

LINKAGE FOR AN AUTOMATIC , COLUMN SHIFT. LINKAGES  AND FRAME BRACKET.

TAKING THE 235 AND BOAT ANCHOR TRANS OUT OF A 62 AND INSTALLING A 327 AND POWER GLIDE FROM A 63.

I KNOW THE LINKAGE IS DIFFERANT BETWEEN THE TWO.

THANKS.

Keith, the 6 motor mounts on the frame are shorter on a V8 than a six.

The geometry of the transmission linkage may be the same between 62-63, not sure on the linkage. Ill see what pics I have.

So 62 and 63 column and pg stuff, note the high quality home made arm at the transmission end of the 63, same fellow made the high quality power brake bracket. top one is a 62 Bel Air, 63 is my Parisienne.B6C7F4C4-866C-46CB-96D5-3E40D1E99898.jpeg

THANKS A LOT DON,

THE 3RD PICTURE LOOKS CORRECT FOR 63, AND IS WHAT I NEED TO GO BY.

I HAVE THE COMPLETE LINKAGE FROM A 63 THAT I PARTED OUT.

I JUST NEED TO GET THE  BRACKET ON THE FRAME MADE UP AND IN THE RIGHT SPOT!!

UNLESS SOME ONE HAS ONE THEY WANT TO REMOVE AND SELL ??
