Wanted, 65-73 Guide license lamp lens.

Looking for a decently usable Guide license lamp lens.

GM 5956698 1

Used on GTO, LeMans and full size Pontiacs 65-67. My original unfortunately didn't make it.

I know they are readily available as a reproduction, but I thought I'd try here first,

Thanks, Mark

Mark, I'm sure I'll have one. Give me a couple hours to dig through.

Here's what I have, 5958492 3.  The holes are 2-7/8" center to center.

I was wondering what the difference would be.

I could easily finagle 1/16" out of each hole, but it's probably best to keep that one as is Clint.

Here's how the numbers break down,

Lens,

hooy.jpg

Looks Like 65-67 shared the same lens through the entire B series. With a change in 68 splitting the wagons from the rest through 69. Then ALL in 70 again.

Housing only, then I assume the complete lamp assembly?

Mark, the way I read that I see if different than you. I see all 65-67 Pontiac, all 68-69 wagon only and nothing in 70 fits.

Mark,

I have one if no one else does. It's NOS but some of the silver paint has been scratched off. No gasket however.

Bill.

Yep, you're right Clint. I should have said 68-69 wagons only shared the same lens as 65-67 all.
