1965 shifter boot

I am finally getting my 65 custom sport back together.  Does anyone know about a reproduction shifter boot for the four speed. I can find some information from about ten years ago where someone was reproducing them. If there are no reproduction ones is there another year I could use? It seems this is a one year only thing.

There is quite an informative thread over on Chevy Talk.

The 65 is a 1 piece, 1 year only boot. Apparently no long available.

Carl I would suspect that part is a 66 upper boot. I have no idea if you can make the 66 pieces work with 65, but with some ingenuity anything is possible all depends how "correct" you want it to be.

The 66 upper boot looks quite a bit different than that from what I recall Dan. I think the 66 upper boot is much taller than the 65 boot.
