Car went to the Trim Shop and the headliner was pulled down to reveal the mounting point for the 3 point seat belts. Quite rusty...
Fortunately the mounting point has the nuts captured in the frame of the roof.
Too much work to spray the roof with the Lizard Skin sound proofing.. Would be many hours of labour to remove all of the factory insulation and glue along with the rust.
Since there was doubt that the mounts were even there I had not ordered the 3 point belt system.
The new headliner was installed with the bolt holes marked to indicate the mounting points.
Now I have to research for a suitable 3 point belt system.
check out Seatbelt Solutionsin Florida. We used them at NOS ; great product & meets Federal specs. Be careful many products don't meet federal specs ! Some say DOT specs but that only applies to tires !
