Sometimes life deals you a great hand. I went to look a an unrelated item and ended up leaving with this set of seats. It works out perfect now I do not need to recover the old ones. They cleaned up real nice.
'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
Huge Bonus! That's the Pontiac stitching pattern, isn't it? Every image I've seen shows the same pattern as the Chebbies on '66s, like mine, and '67s. Those diagonals appear to have been on the '65 SD buckets, but they had the squared-off seat backs like the full-size B&C body bucket seat cars, I think. Those appear like the American GTO/Tempest seats. Gorgeous, and easily worth $1,000USD or more, down here. My buddy just paid $850 for two '66 bucket seats to put in his El Camino, with new upholstery and foam. No back seat, obviously!
