Front sub-frame clips

I'm posting this question for my friend 63acadiancansomtl.

Would like to know if anybody ever installed the front sub-frame end clips on their car and if so which type. Any suggestions? For a 63 Acadian Canso.

Your friend could probably buy a Mustang style subframe. It would give more options for brakes and control arms and could be more cost effective depending on what he wants to buy. Also the Mustang style has been used for years in Street rods and is a proven system. Heres one from Speedway Motors.
