1962 Pontiac - Old photo

Old photo taken in 1965 - Winnipeg Auto Spring Works (at the N.W. corner of Martha and Rupert in Winnipeg ) .

Oh ...to go back in time ... I would grab that 2 door Pontiac.

Yes , and a "post " car with dog dish caps !  Does it look like a V8 emblem on the fender too ?

And my thought was it's a hardtop! I'll have to take a better look at it.

You may be right Carl , as there is a shine to the pillar area (unless it is a post car with the chrome molding option)

Definitely the HT. The pillar chrome and that rear roofline. The sedan roofline was about 1/2 as wide. V8 emblem visible.

In 61 and 62 the Laurentian was available as a 2 door sedan or 2 door ht. I have seen both.

I'm not as familiar with the 55-60 models but I believe the Laurentian was available in the same 2 door configurations as 61-2.

From 63-68 the two door sedan was the only option. And as many  here know, in 69 and 70 the Laurentian and Strato Chief 2 doors were available only as hardtops.
