This is a 1994 Trans Am LT1 automatic with t-tops and almost all options including leather.
I bought the car last year thinking I would fix up all the little things that it needed and then either keep it as a toy or let our kids drive it for a summer toy. However, our situation has changed and I need to sell the car.
Since I bought it I have replaced an outside door handle, both headlamp motors and both power window motors. It currently needs either a fuel pump or a fuel pressure regulator I'm guessing because it will start and run for a few seconds if you prime it but it won't stay running. When I bought the car last year I started it and drove it onto the trailer to bring it home. It could be something as simple as stale gasoline also because it has that old gas smell when you remove the gas cap. It needs an adjustment so that the driver's door would open and close properly.
It needs a windshield as well as a new turn signal switch. I have a complete spare steering column with the signal switch in it. There is a receipt in the glove box showing that the transmission was completely overhauled at 100,000 km.
The left side tail light is cracked and I have the replacement here. It's probably a 15-minute job to change it.
This car came from BC. The body is in excellent shape for a 1994. The paint on it is very good and I'm guessing it's original. The previous owner told me that after moving to Manitoba from BC he never drove the car in the winter. It's very believable looking at it.
I'm located in Morris Manitoba and the car is available to be viewed anytime as I am retired.
I pretty much need $3100 out of the car. I've spend a fair bit of time and money on the car since I got it and I can't really do much better than that.
If you are looking for a nice little project car that is not a major project, this is the perfect car for you!
