None of my power windows are working and not a fuse issue. I suspect a relay issue. Does anyone know where it is located or even have a photo of it? For a 67 Parisienne.

I cant say on your year but some GM cars in that era fed the power windows from the horn relay. There may be a red wire from the horn relay to a circuit breaker in the engine compartment.
Yes, for starters there should be a circuit breaker on the firewall, usually not far from the brake booster.
Next, because your car is newer than 1966 the power windows will be live only with the key on and that is done using a 3 wire relay, usually in the area of the parking brake assembly. Likely the small wire of the 3 running into the relay will be a pink one.

In this shot the white arrow is pointing to the circuit breaker.
That firewall mounted circuit breaker is basically the same setup as on my convertible. The firewall mounted breaker gets it power from a lug on the horn relay (black wire), and power from the other side of the breaker (orange wire, I think with a black stripe) enters the firewall right beside the breaker to feed those high amperage accessories via a "T" just above the fuse block.
